  I would have to give them a 3 because they originally were very helpful. I had to get my ring resized because Kay gave me the wrong size in the first place. When I took it back to them, they told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks. A month later I called and they said "oh we're sorry we don't know what happened but your ring is here, been here waiting for you to pick it up." In my profession, when something is agreed upon, you call that person and let them know the product is ready for pick up not wait until they're wedding day or a month after scheduled date of delivery.
